Focalane

Problem

Creative capture breaks down when planning, recording, review, and automation live in disconnected tools with unclear authority.

Actual state

Focalane's control plane is running on the Mac, FocalaneRecorder is signed and attended-accepted, and FocalaneCapture replaced the earlier iPhone capture app in place and is accepted as the owner-operated production app, not a public release. Publishing has not been released, and no posting results are claimed.

System architecture

Focalane is the central web product for plans, scripts, and review. FocalaneRecorder owns Mac screen capture and durable desktop takes; FocalaneCapture owns iPhone notes, the teleprompter, the camera, and takes. Each product keeps its own authority, and takes reach Focalane as candidates. FocalaneSpatialLab is FocalaneCapture's research twin, and VoiceOfTheTexts, a separate project, connects through FocalaneCapture.

Christian's role

Designed the system boundaries, native capture surfaces, evidence contracts, and recovery paths; directed and reviewed the implementation and ran the attended acceptance workflow.
